Ok, let's get on with our Colombia 101 sessions:
Chapter 2 - Population
Colombia's total population is 44,2 millions (France: 60 millions and Canada 31,6 millions), of which a third is under 15 years old and only 4,2% is above 65 years old: really nothing to do with our senior paradises...
One fun statistic: the median age is 26,3 years old in Colombia, which means I just started to get old a few months ago (in France it's as if I just got out of my teen years, as the median age is 39,1 years old!!!!). It really is quite surprising for a European traveller to be surrounded by young people everywhere...
However, life expectancy at birth is 72,4 years, only 8 years short of France's and Canada's. My own grandma died when she was about 82 years old.

That's all folks!
